need help with saving a graphic with mask applied

Hi, not sure if this is the right forum for this but i need help, please.
I am working with mask..i have created my graphic..applied the mask love the outcome..now!!! how do i save it so that the transparent area remains transparent and is in gif format for posting to the web.when i try to save it flattens and or reduces the color an i lose quality,i have a white area around graphic where it should be transparent.it does perfect when saved in psp format.what am i not doing right? |
