Instant Sepia

Take one picture in full colour all its glory.

Convert to greyscale, or de-saturate the picture.

Make sure the picture goes back to 16Million colours.

Add new layer above it.

Fill with your chosed sepia colour

You might want to set blend mode to colour

Adjust transparency of this layer to fit.
