The X-Ray is very "fashion" style at the moment, so rather than sticking your models on the airport conveyor belt, how about this?

Take one image

Copy it, and paste as new layer (Ctrl-C and Ctrl-L)

Apply some heavy Gaussian Blur to the new layer

Set the layer merge mode to "Difference"

The point is not to re-create a genuine X-ray but to give the feel of the effect quickly and simply. If you want to take this further, then the "Difference" mode is a good place to start, since anything that matches between the two layers comes out black.

This version still uses difference mode, but in this case I have not blurred the new layer, instead I have worked it over by hand with the smudge tool in lighten and soften modes to create differences between the two images.
