Want to add a lens flare to a picture, but don't have a lens flare filter?

How about using this one?

Step 1:

Take one image
Add the lens flare (below) as a new layer, use deform tool to position, size and rotate
Set layer mode of flare to "lighten"

Save this image

Save this flare image to use whenever you need.
