These are free to download for personal use. Joe does, however, insist that you notify me before using them in any collections or any type of commercial use.

Note: These frame sets are zipped *psp PSP 5 formats. Each file has 6 frames or mats. They can be easily converted to Paint Shop Pro 6 (and later) frame tool by saving each frame as a single file in *psp formatted file with a *pfr extension. Joe has a tutorial, now located at Dizteq, on how to Add Frames to Paint Shop Pro 6's Frame Tool.
